Most teams know AI can lower translation costs, but making it work across a real localization program is a different challenge entirely.
We're bringing together three perspectives that don't often share the same stage: the platform, the translation partner, and the in-house practitioner. Together, they'll walk through what an AI cost strategy looks like when it's being built and run in the real world, not just talked about.
The people on this panel have built and run AI-assisted localization programs. They'll tell you where it's working, and what they're doing differently.
What you'll learn:
-
Where the real costs live in an AI-assisted localization program, what shows up on the invoice and what doesn't
-
How experienced teams are deciding which content gets AI translation and who owns that call inside the program
-
What the ROI conversation with leadership looks like and how to frame it in a way that lands
-
Where AI has moved the needle on cost savings and where teams are still waiting for it to deliver
- What to get right first when building an AI cost strategy your program can execute and sustain
